We have been really enjoying our experience so far with Mission Pointe by Windsor. Since the beginning of our search for ... housing options in the Bay Area, the community really stood out to us specifically because of the friendliness and forthcoming nature of Brenda Andrade, the Assistant Property Manager. She was always available to answer any questions, arranged for a virtual tour of the apartment, made accommodations for giving us the keys during off business hours via lockbox in a contactless and efficient manner, since we were moving cross-country. The floor plans are very well thought out and maximize the space utilization. We also appreciate the community amenities, which are well maintained and regulated during the pandemic. Mission Pointe is very responsive to any work order I place and it gets done in a day or 2 (considering current COVID-19 ... scenarios). This is really impressive. I was having issues with my stove-top coils and it was fixed well. The maintenance person was professional and he ensured safety measures when the work was done in the apartment. I have been in Mission Pointe for the past 6 months and overall I am very happy with this community. The office staff does a great job of helping the residents in every possible way they can.
